Rinse out all shampoo before applying conditioner. Once conditioner is applied, spread it evenly on the ends of your hair, run your fingers or a wide-tooth comb through the ends og your hair to work in the conditioner. Allow the conditioner to set for five minutes and thoroughly rinse off the conditioner.
